1) Window & Eligibility

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery about any issue (damaged, incorrect item, or dissatisfaction).
• Unopened/unused items in original packaging and with all seals intact are eligible for return.
• Opened or unsealed consumables are not returnable for safety/hygiene, unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.
• Final sale/clearance items are not returnable when stated at purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2) How to Start a Return

Email support@mentalathlete.gg with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA with return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

3) Condition, Packaging & Risk

Return items securely packaged with the RMA on the label. You are responsible for the product until it’s delivered to us; consider a tracked/insured method.

4) Inspection & Refund Method

All returns are inspected on receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price (less any non-refundable shipping).

5) Timing

Approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank/card timelines may vary.

6) Fees & Shipping

Unless we made an error or the product is defective:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7) Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll refund per Section 4.

8) Non-Returnable Items

• Opened/unsealed supplements or consumables (except defective/wrong item).
• Gift cards, samples, and final-sale items (when disclosed).

9) Damaged-in-Transit Claims

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, inner packaging, and outer box.
