Why I Created Mental Athlete.
I discovered chess at six years old. By seven, I was competing in tournaments. By seventeen, I was a top 15 player in the country for my age, yet I was exhausted.
In competitive chess the mental fatigue is brutal. A tournament means 4-5 hours of intense concentration, round after round, day after day. One mental slip can undo four hours of great play.
By my teens, I was juggling a demanding school schedule and chess tournaments. I turned to caffeine like everyone else. It worked - until it didn’t. The boost always came with a crash. I was borrowing energy from my future self just to get through the present.
So I became obsessed with finding something better. I talked to neuroscientists, nutritionists, and supplement formulators. I read every study I could find on cognitive enhancement. I was looking for ingredients as powerful as caffeine but without the downside.
What I discovered changed everything.
There were compounds - natural, clinically studied compounds - that actually supported cognitive function at the source. Not by blocking fatigue signals like caffeine, but by nourishing the brain processes that drive focus, memory, and mental energy.
I built the formula. I tested it on myself. Three days after starting, I tied against a Grandmaster ranked number 645 in the world - my highest draw ever. The next morning, I drew again, this time against a Grandmaster ranked number 334 in the world. In the following two months, my rating climbed over 150 FIDE points.
Fluke? Maybe. But I have taken Mental Athlete every tournament round, school test, and study session since. And now I am sharing it with anyone else who refuses to accept that mental fatigue is just something you have to live with.
Because we are not regular athletes. We are mental athletes.
And we deserve fuel built for what we actually do.
